316L Surgical Steel Push Pin Insertion Taper for Threadless Jewellery

Description: Our 316L Surgical Steel Push-in pin insertion tapers are thin on one end and thicker on the other, available in a gauge to match your jewellery.
This design allows for a smooth and secure insertion of a Labret, Barbell or Circular Barbell into your piercing with less discomfort and tissue trauma.
Threadless jewellery is popular but with flat tops they can be differcult to insert, with an Insertion taper you just bend the Taper pin and push into your Threadless bar and gently pull the bar through, remove the Taper and then insert your top. Too easy!!
The Taper is also helpful for tight spaces such as Tragus or Nose piercings, if your piercing has partially closed then the Taper can also be used to stretch your piercing hole gently back to its original size.
