[2] Parcel Post (Tracking) $9.50 – Discounted to $5 AUD for orders over $50 AUD

[3] Express post (Tracking) $14 AUD – Discounted to $9 AUD for orders over $50 AUD

Express post standard comes with tracking but no signature on delivery.

Quickest option taking approximately 2-3 days and includes a tracking number. The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, they will use there fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by their next day Guarantee.

[4] Express post (Tracking & Signature on Delivery) $17 AUD – Discounted to $12 AUD for orders over $50 AUD

Orders sent out via Express Post (Tracking & Sign on Delivery) will be tracked to your address and a signature required on delivery. Please take this into consideration when nominating your delivery address, if you miss delivery you will be carded and Australia post will require an ID showing your name and matching address at the post office.

Parcel security is the buyers own responsibility and Out of Body Jewellery will not be responsible for any resulting loss or theft.

Out Of Body Jewellery will not be liable for lost orders due to entry of incorrect addresses on the buyers part, as all options are tracked. If concerned please pay for Express Post with Sign on Delivery.

Returns Policy

At Out Of Body Jewellery you can be assured your jewellery will always be new and unworn in factory condition. This is due to our firm policy on no body jewellery returns.
Due to the nature of the goods we supply our policy is in line with current health and hygiene regulations.
However, if jewellery is received damaged from transit please contact us immediately for information on how to return your jewellery. If this jewellery has been worn, it must be labeled and identified clearly as being worn.
Your shipping costs will be reimbursed and the jewellery replaced with the same item or a credit will be offered.
Damaged returns are kept strictly for insurance purposes, then promptly disposed off.
