Description: Our 316L Surgical Steel Push-in pin insertion tapers are thin on one end and thicker on the other, available in a 16G size to match our Bioflex bars.
The design allows for smooth and secure insertion of the bar into your piercing with less discomfort and tissue trauma.
Threadless Bioflex Labrets are popular but the hollow flexible bar can be challenging to insert with an Insertion taper you just push the pin into your Threadless bar and gently pull the bar through, remove the Taper and then insert your top. Too easy!!
The Taper is also helpful for tight spaces such as Tragus or Helix piercings and if your piercing has partially closed then the Taper can also be used to stretch your hole gently back to its original size.
