Threadless jewellery can be easier to use than internally threaded jewellery with the bonus of no thread-wear, you can also leave your Labret in place and swap your tops as needed. This is a great option for new piercings where less handling is preferred.
Tip: Prebend your pin tip slightly before inserting your Threadless base, this bend will hold the top securely in place. Remember the more the bend the firmer the hold, when removing a twist will help loosen the top.
