Hypertrophic scars are often known as irritation bumps and are common with Nose or Helix piercings. These occur when your body has an abnormal response to trauma, Healing Discs will help to sort out this unsightly problem.
The Discs work to help flatten out bumps with pressure (pack discs tightly using multiple discs if needed), they can also be used as a soft buffer for new or irritated piercings.
The Rings and Discs are crafted from medical-grade silicone and are available in 3mm, 5mm, 7mm or 9mm sizes with 1mm holes.
These donut rings feature a 1mm hole and a 3mm diameter, making them suitable for nose screws, L-bends or earring posts. Their small size can provide a permanent barrier between skin and jewellery. They can also be used to pack larger discs more firmly against bumps and worn on either side of septum jewellery to keep ornate rings aligned.
